Our standard payment term is 30% paid as deposit, 70% balance before shipment.
For specialoptions, please discuss with your account manager. PayPal and bank transfer are both accepted.
Delivery time
We will ship stuff by DHL, FedEx, UPS or by sea, depending on the order quantity and urgency.
Express delivery takes 3-5 business days. Sea shipment takes 35-45 business days.
In case of express delivery, freight cost will be charged upfront, and recorded on the invoice.
You could choose to use your own courier account or ours.
In case of bad weather, emergency, or busy season, order processing might take a longer time.
